Is LazyFinance free?
Yes. A free plan includes voice recognition with on-device processing, Excel exports (5 per month) and up to 2 payment methods. Pro adds unlimited exports, unlimited payment methods, Smart Insights, Custom Categories and iCloud Sync.
Does LazyFinance sync across devices?
Yes — with the Pro plan, iCloud Sync keeps your data consistent across your Apple devices.
Is my expense data private?
By default everything is processed 100% on-device. Optional cloud AI requires explicit permission in Settings > AI, and synced data lives in your personal iCloud.
Does LazyFinance connect to my bank?
No. LazyFinance never connects to banks; expenses are logged with your voice or by typing.
How many payment methods can I track?
The free plan supports up to 2 payment methods, Pro plans unlimited.
Can I export my expenses?
Yes — exports to Excel spreadsheets, 5 per month on the free plan and unlimited on Pro.
What does Pro add over Free?
Pro adds Smart Insights, Custom Categories, iCloud Sync, unlimited Excel exports and unlimited payment methods.
How does voice expense tracking work?
Type or speak a purchase, and on-device speech/AI recognition parses amount, merchant, date and category, then stores it on device.
How do I cancel Pro?
Any subscription is managed via Apple Account subscriptions — visit Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your device, or the Apple Account website.
What data does LazyFinance collect?
